You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

What I do changes from client to client, but the core of it is marketing strategy, writing, and building processes that work.
I listen to you and what you need, I research your customers, and I communicate clearly - all to connect with your audience. This might look like writing specific deliverables (say, emails or newsletters) and handing them over every week, or it might look like asking lots of questions to build a concrete strategy around. Sometimes it's translating complex topics into plain English, and sometimes it's coming up with a creative campaign to reach new businesses

It depends on your specific business and needs, but I'm inclined to say yes. Again, I consider myself more of a marketing consultant who specializes in copywriting, which means you'll get a business-minded strategic partner who can also execute on your creative projects. A win-win scenario.

Discovery call. I schedule time with you to chat about your needs and pain points, plus how I can help.
Custom rate sheet. After we chat, I'll send over my rates for you to review and agree with.
Scope of work. We'll nail down what we're doing, what our expectations are, and what milestone timelines are.
Creative brief and writing. Based on our conversations, I'll build a brief to work from before beginning on writing.
Deliver project. I'll deliver clean copy on-time for you to review.
Revisions. If any edits or revisions are needed, you'll let me know and I'll get working on them.
Final sign off. I hand off all deliverables in a neat package and send an invoice.
Ongoing relationship. If we work well together, let's talk about how a fractional role or retainer-basis can support your business.

I provide custom rate sheets to everyone I have a call with so you can understand what the investment is for your specific needs.
Generally, I work on a project- or retainer-based model and don't offer hourly rates. Part of this is practical (you don't need to be charged for my best ideas happening on a dog walk or washing dishes), but a larger part of it reflects the many years of studying, practice, and results I've put in to making this my career.
